Maria and Kevin - July 2014
An extremely pleasant day in the sunshine made the setting in Gloucestershire a lovely place to have a marquee for the wedding of Maria and Kevin. A formal sit down buffet followed by champagne and a disco made the marquee a fun place for the 90 guests in the day and more who followed in the evening.
The bright blue colour scheme with large floral table centre arrangements looked amazing against the ivory drapes in the marquee. The bride requested fun but with a sense of elegance and formal occasion for her dream day and with the help of staff and a great venue she was delighted with the outcome.
Maria and Kim - July 2014
As a DJ himself and along with his grooms men also being DJ’s the wedding of Maria and Kim was all about the party but with a twist. Having already wed a few days earlier in a private ceremony with only close family the bride and groom had a blessing in the marquee which over looked miles of open fields across Bath.
On a very warm day the marquee sides were open to let the breeze flow through as the bride walked into the marquee ushered by both her father and step father. The groom and fifteen person bridal party lead the way and waited for the arrival of the very naturally beautiful bride.
Following on from the service a cold meat buffet was served by waitresses, a fully stocked bar saw the party continue into the small hours. A fun time was had by the 180 guests who partied the night away. The bride and groom said the day was fantastic and would not have been possible without the dedication and professionalism of Hucklebridge Events.
Andie and Garry - February 2014
Hucklebridge Events were honoured to be asked to provide the table decorations and help with the setting up of the reception venue in a local public house. A small and intimate but also fun and relaxed wedding was what the bride and groom wanted with tones of black and white with a mechanical theme but classy and elegant too.
The place settings were all different bike parts sprayed black with silver detailing of the guests names. Various glasses were filled with black and white beads and fabric with lots of candles as the bride did not want flowers. Mirrored table centres and clear scatter gem stones completed the look.
The couple’s feedback reads: Emma was Fantastic! She listened to our needs and delivered exactly what we wanted to coincide with our budget. She kept in contact throughout the whole process and kept us up to date with anything she thought may have been relevant.
Her attention to details is second to none and her attitude and understanding of her clients needs are outstanding. Our day was perfect thanks to Emma. X
